    I was treated very well. Was kept up to date on things being done to my escalade. I was treated with patience and kindness by Kristen and all I came into contact with. Upon receiving my vehicle back I had some issues of damage done and one item not being repaired. I do have an appt on Monday March 9 to address these issues.
